photos for this post. the photos are abit old. but to me, they are treasures. fun time in ncc. still miss those days. got all these photos from russell, one of the elites that i trained. hahahahaha. surprisingly, he told me he still misses the psychotic physical trainings i used to give my elite team. and on top of that, he said that he will gladly accept the training with a big smile. well, after seeing what he typed, i kinda feel proud of myself. at least all my efforts didn't go down the drain.

first up, the so called "happy hours" during ncc trainings. normally, ky will be the victim but in this case, its the cadets. hahahahahahahaha. i think this is the only time that ky isn't our victim.
