went for fartleks with ky and jm today. nice run as always. however, i wasn't really running well today due to fatigue of playing bball on thursday and ytd. nevertheless, i still led 2x400m, 300m and 100m sprint.
lunch at bk and then its our weekly inspection of tm and cs. lol. our routine after our weekly fartleks. talk crap, times to freeload and slacked around. nice!
bball ytd was fun but yet a disaster. lol. its fun cause kwoky came down to join us. he looks kinda cute with that army boy look.
we played 3 on 3 with same strangers there. loss all 3 matches and by quite alot. for the first game, i wasn't trying to carry the scoring load as i was thinking of letting them bring us out of the crisis. wrong move. second game, i was doing the same at first until at one point i snapped and scored 4 or 5 straight points. but our defense really couldn't make it so we still lost in the end. like i always told them, if we wanna retaliate and cut the deficit, we need to play real good defense. its not visible ytd.
last game, i kinda lost the will to play cause i got a lil tired of our lazy defense. no chance of winning at all even if i take on the scoring load and chiong like hell. even if i stopped the player i'm defending, they can't stop their's and i'll always slide over to help leaving my own target open.
overall, i'll say good try but not enough effort. i hate losing. who don't? but i think everyone's at fault. i wasn't consistent in my shooting and didn't really lead them. they didn't rebound nicely and play good defense. boss didn't even wear his specs when he's playing, can't even judge distance. nvm, we haven't been playing together for a long time, so shall slowly warm up and get the chemistry back. i'm pretty sure we'll do a better job nice time.
lastly, read up on this article. its super interesting. its about how a player called shane battier who has unimpressive statistic for his career has player value of perennial all stars like vince carter and tracy mcgrady and how he can render kobe bryant an offensive liability to the lakers.
alright. thats all.
