also wanna thanks samuel and nigel for buying this awesome deck of poker cards for me. but seriously, i won't be using it. its not that i don't appreciate it, its just that i don't wanna spoil it. will be keeping it like a treasure with my fhm deck.

anyway, went cycling with jun ming, jun jie and peiren ytd. damn cool trip. it may only have 4 of us but we have all the people needed to make the trip super fun. credits goes to the 3 pro entertainers arh.
met up with them at white sands mac at around 1.15pm, had lunch at burger king, gl-ed boss about his new specs for the whole lunch time and then its down to pasir ris park to rent bike.

from there, we rode all the way to east coast park with a only major break at changi village for my close to daily dosage of soya bean.
took us 3 hours to ride from pasir ris to east coast mac. shagged like shit when we reached there. somemore only half the trip completed, must go back to pasir ris. ate a bit at the mac before leaving for pasir ris.
for the first time in my life, i have cramps in my thighs. when we reached somewhere near changi, my left thigh kena cramp when we stopped for the traffic lights. jm fetched me for a short distance before i resume riding. rode with them for quite a distance before having muscle cramps in both my thighs when we stopped to cross the road. bo bian liao lor. only can ride and cannot stop. impossible.
so jm fetched me to changi village and i took bus 109 to pasir ris while they went to return the bikes. dinner at pasir ris mac and then home sweet home. lol. kinda feel like a gaylord now. ass hurts, balls hurt, thighs are super weak, super shagged and kena sunburnt which i like! lol.
lesson learnt from ytd's trip, nv go long distance cycling after u trained bball for 5 hours the day before. lol.
hell yeah, thats what i did on thursday. went bballing with justin, samuel, anton and chen wee. fun training i should say. played some matches, normal shoot around, free throw shooting competitions, self training and then the grand finale, fast break training.
1 attempt at each side of the court. miss one and u continue the drill until u can score at both sides. run like crazy, well, not for me. my favourite drill so has been practising it alot myself. lol.
sounded like a demonic coach once again when i was inspecting. lol. for cooling down drill. we shoot free throws. rotate one try per person until we hit 20. miss 3 in a row and its 5 pumpings each. lol. in total, i think we did 20 pumpings. lol.
good thing we nv go run the 400m sprint if not i'll cry ytd. was already quite shagged even before i started cycling.
