i'm not feeling well eh. down with sore throat and on the verge of having a fever.
woke up light headed ytd. then prepared and went to meet up with ky and jj. had lunch at tampines while waiting for justin to arrive.
headed down to e-hub after that for pool. not bad eh. noob shooter like me acutally lost some of my matches by one ball. jj and justin left earlier so it was only ky and me. best of 3 series. he won 2 rounds. expected though.
walked around e-hub aimlessly before heading down to kembangan. yeah, went there to celebrate kristen's bday for her with a whole bunch of bit peeps. kristen sure is lucky, had such a sweet bf. hahahaha. good chap i should say, at least thats my first impression.
played monkey, slacked around, ran to 7-11 and then home sweet home. sry arh peeps. had to leave early cause i thought my dad wasn't going home for the night and i was on ther verge of falling ill.
as for today? practically rested and slacked at home for the whole day. need to recuperate.
i've joined ky's team for the standard chartered 10km team category run. most likely will be called team 18s. team 18s because all of the team members are 18 years old. anyway, i need to recover soon and start training. and not to forget, i need to train on my bball also.
my original plan was running and bball on every alternate days starting tml. but since i'm not feeling well, i think i'll postpone the plan until i'm physically ready. ky will be joining me to run, but the prob now is he's not mentally prepared. hahahahaha.
to be honest, i hate running. hate the feeling when ur heart is pumping so wildly and u are out of breath. but u see, ky said he had this vision of us winning the standard chart team cat some day and i was saying don't make the vision someday, make it this year. a more specific target.
so i guess its time for me to wake up, get serious, put everything on the line and just pia bah. afterall, i've not been running much since sec sch days. whether its 2.4km, 5km or 10km, i'll put in everything i've got and run until i'm practically out of breath. this is the real training, not running and not feeling tired, thats keeping fit to me.
and shit, i've not been training on my shooting lately. jia lat. thats all, bb.
